Building a single SLA that was credible across all categories required category-specific dispatch rules and supplier capacity pre-validation at order time.
Saudi construction sites in emerging areas often have poor mobile coverage. The app needed to queue orders offline, maintain tracking visibility during connectivity gaps, and sync state reliably when signal returned — without losing orders or showing stale delivery positions.
Supplier stock levels change constantly as other orders are fulfilled off-platform. Showing accurate availability without requiring suppliers to manually update inventory after every sale required smart stock prediction models and graceful out-of-stock handling with automatic re-routing.

Firebase streams real-time driver GPS to the site manager during delivery, with automatic ETA recalculation as conditions change. A dual PostgreSQL/MongoDB architecture separates structured order management from flexible product catalogues, enabling fast browsing across 10,000+ SKUs with vastly different specifications.
Single app interface for ordering construction materials, renting heavy equipment, booking transport, and requesting roadside breakdown assistance. Site managers place all procurement through one platform — eliminating the 4-app, 6-supplier-contact workflow that previously defined Saudi construction logistics.
Intelligent supplier matching algorithm selects the nearest verified supplier with available inventory, pre-validates delivery capacity, and dispatches within minutes of order confirmation. The 30-minute average across all categories — including heavy materials — required precise geo-routing and supplier readiness scoring.
